JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner FNP to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services, perform advanced clinical assessment's and develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patient population across all ages. Your expertise will help promote health, prevent illness and manage acute and chronic conditions in a outpatient clinic.

RESPONSABILITIES

Conduct Thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations and medical History reviews to determine health status.

Diagnosed and treat acute illness and chronic conditions utilizing evidence based practices .

Prescribe Medications in accordance with state regulations.

manage electronic records EHR/EHR system and ensure seamless medical documentation for quality assurance

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid state licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner with current certification from the American Association of Nurse Practitioner

Demonstrate experience working in primary care settings with proficiency in medical office

Strong clinical skills including physical examinations ,diagnostic evaluation.

Experience working with diverse population including pediatrics ,geriatrics ,individuals with disabilities.

Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
