Position Summary Functioning under moderate supervision, the Clinical Nurse II is a competent practitioner. This level clinician utilizes the nursing process in providing patient care and patient/family teaching, organizing and implementing safe, therapeutic, and efficient patient care in controlled settings with predictable outcomes. Patients served may include neonate through adult‑geriatric. Key Responsibilities Maintain competencies required for the patient care setting and focus on advancing own professional development. Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Collaborate effectively as a multidisciplinary team member. Use computer systems to manage patient information. Participate in team‑building efforts on units, supporting and modeling teamwork. Provide appropriate care for patients, demonstrating knowledge of growth and development across the lifespan and understanding of patient‑specific and age‑specific needs. Work within the PRN RN Standardized Program as set forth in assigned Unit Based or Hospital Based commitment levels. Other duties as assigned. Schedule Full‑time availability required from 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM with rotating weekends and holidays.
