Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a fast-paced, Level 2 Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a busy ER environment, adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, and implement comprehensive nursing care plans for trauma and emergency patients.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and condition, responding promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care and safety.
• Document patient care activities accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Comply with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards, including vaccinations and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Possess at least two years of ER nursing experience in a high-acuity setting.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH (or pending certification).
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health records.
• Able to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and flexible with holidays and weekends.
• Willing to travel and meet compliance standards, including immunization and travel documentation.
