What’s in It for You Competitive pay: $85,000–$120,000 per year (DOE) Bonus potential: Performance-based incentives Benefits: Health, dental, 401(k), paid time off Growth opportunity: Leadership development and advancement Meaningful work: Lead people, improve systems, and deliver great customer experiences What You’ll Be Doing Lead, coach, and support service technicians Manage daily service operations, scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up Ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction Partner with ownership on process improvement and performance goals Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards Coordinate materials, parts, and service documentation Resolve customer issues and support continuous improvement Track service metrics and operational performance What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and team-management skills Customer-first mindset Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Electrical or field service background strongly preferred Experience with Service Titan CRM a plus, not required Minimum of 2 years experience in home service leadership Job Type: Full-time Salary: $85,000–$120,000/year (DOE) + bonus potential Schedule: Monday–Friday (some flexibility required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
