Healthcare Applications Support Analyst

A company is looking for a Healthcare Applications Support Analyst to provide support and optimization for clinical and pharmacy applications in the Home Infusion business. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day application support for Home Infusion clinical and pharmacy systems Administer, configure, and maintain third-party clinical and pharmacy applications Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with vendors and internal teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent experience 3-6 years of experience in supporting healthcare, clinical, or pharmacy applications Hands-on experience with third-party/vendor-hosted applications Experience with clinical and/or pharmacy workflows, preferably in Home Infusion Strong knowledge of clinical and pharmacy application support practices
