Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for removing, installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Your expertise will help ensure the safety, durability, and quality craftmanship of roofs while adhering to all safety protocols and construction standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work locally and out of state, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and contribute to high-quality roofing projects.

Responsibilities

• Install new roofing systems including asphalt, metal , single-ply membrane (TPO/PVC/EPDM), and Modified Bitumen roofs.
• Repair and replace damaged roofs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete roofing tasks.
• Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, and construction safety harnesses during all phases of work.
• Perform siding installation, stucco application, caulking, and metal stud framing as needed.
• Keep inventory of materials.
• Operate lulls, manlifts, scissor lift and forklift.
• Operate seamers and welder robot.
• Fill out equipment inspection, daily logs and Tool box talk.
• Clean up and organize work areas daily.

Skills

• Extensive experience in roofing installation, repair, and maintenance with knowledge of metal roofing and single-ply membrane systems (TPO/PVC/EPDM)
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, fabrication techniques, and lifting at least 50lbs
• Strong understanding of construction plans and take-offs
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols including PPE, ladder use, scaffolding, fall protection harnesses, and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) regulations
• Teamwork
