About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative leader, responsible for overseeing all the organization's financial activities. This includes directing financial reporting, planning, supervision, and investments. The CFO will play a key role in guiding the financial area toward growth and expansion, and will be expected to have a proven track record in providing successful growth strategies. The role also involves working closely with the Executive Team on forecasting, budgeting, and preparing for the next level of financial operations. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a CPA designation is also preferred. A minimum of 7 years' related experience, particularly with a bank of at least $5B in assets, is required. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PC software, have excellent attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills. The CFO will be expected to work well under pressure, set priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve complex financial problems. Responsibilities also include supervising financial staff, maintaining knowledge of relevant policies and standards, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
