About the Role: As a Restorative CNA Aide at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their maximum potential. You will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and rehabilitation therapies. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and compassionate nature will enable you to build strong relationships with our residents and their families. Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bath, dress, and groom Provide mobility assistance, including transfers, ambulation, and wheelchair use Participate in rehabilitation therapies, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy Assist with medication management and vital sign monitoring Develop and maintain a strong rapport with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and progress What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for growth and development Competitive compensation and benefits package A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families Requirements: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in a nursing home Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with assistance as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please see the link to the new Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse Education and Awareness website.
