Educate customers and staff on our brand values and articulate our position on fighting animal testing, freshest cosmetics, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade, and naked packaging through community engagement and other initiatives. Increase product knowledge through constant learning and consistently make informed recommendations for every need. Demonstrate strong business acumen, understanding of metrics, budgets and reports, and how to impact them through floor behaviors to deliver profitable results. Team Leadership Be present to support your team, answer questions, remove obstacles, problem‑solve, and motivate them to meet sales goals. Own your development, assess performance, seek feedback and resources, and support team growth through coaching and example. Provide honest feedback for your team and leaders, adapting to business needs as required. Engage your team at every level to ensure they are inspired, motivated, and building strong peer and customer relationships connected to the brand values. Support staffing by networking, recruiting, hiring, and succession planning. Collaborate with your Manager on plans that improve staff engagement, retention, performance, and DEIB practices. Operational Excellence Support compliance with policies and procedures to ensure standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, health and safety, and daily communication. Assist in inventory training, rotation rules, and ordering to keep the right products in the right amounts within budget. Help maintain a clean and visually appealing environment that follows merchandising and design standards to provide a consistent experience and drive sales. Ensure appropriate staffing levels and schedules, allocate breaks and meals, and record attendance to support payroll accuracy and staff wellbeing. Qualifications Required 1‑3 years of managing or supervising in a retail environment Excellent listening and communication skills Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills Strong organization and time‑management skills Strong customer service, supervisory, and sales skills Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays, evenings, and weekends Preferred Experience with consultation‑based customer service models Ability to develop and train staff through positive coaching and feedback Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and adaptability to other systems Basic HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages Pay
