2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic

Diamond Vogel is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift to support maintenance operations at our Menomonee Falls, WI facility. This full-time, hands-on role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The Maintenance Mechanic works closely with Production, Quality, and other plant teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, perform preventive maintenance, and minimize unplanned downtime. Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment and facility systems Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, motors, pneumatic systems, and related equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues Perform maintenance tasks including welding, metal fabrication, plumbing, and carpentry as needed Complete work orders and maintenance documentation accurately Support contractors and coordinate repairs as needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Two or more years of manufacturing maintenance experience required Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting Working knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems preferred Strong safety mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail We’re excited to offer a $2,500 Hiring & Stay Bonus to new team members.
