Director, Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology: PK/PD Modeling & Strategy

Sarepta Therapeutics seeks a Director of Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology to lead PK/PD modeling and clinical pharmacology strategy across drug development stages. The role involves driving quantitative pharmacology strategies, population modeling, regulatory engagement, and maintaining expertise in pharmacometrics for genetic medicine programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute quantitative pharmacology strategies across all development stages through product registration
- Lead clinical pharmacology expertise in translational and clinical development strategies, protocol preparation, and study execution
- Conduct model-based data analyses including population PK, PK/PD modeling, and disease modeling for clinical development decisions
- Serve as functional lead for global regulatory strategies and health authority engagements
- Stay current with clinical pharmacology advances and contribute through manuscript publication and scientific presentations
Requirements
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, mathematics, engineering, or related discipline
- 7+ years of experience in clinical pharmacology or pharmacometrics
- Strong hands-on expertise with PK/PD modeling and simulation analysis
- Demonstrated experience in regulatory interactions and clinical pharmacology principles
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and multitasking capabilities
- U.S. work authorization required
Compensation: $185,600–$232,000 per year
