Maintenance Manager – Food/Meat Manufacturing | Midwest Are you a hands‑on maintenance leader who thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing Maintenance environments? We’re hiring a Maintenance Manager for a privately owned protein manufacturer that’s been in business for over 60 years in Minnesota and is entering a phase of growth, investment, and innovation. This is a high‑impact, leadership role where you’ll guide a strong but direction‑needing maintenance team and help drive plant reliability, safety, and performance. What You’ll Do: Lead and manage a team of technicians – providing structure, accountability, and support Create and execute a preventative maintenance (PM) program Oversee multiple‑day shutdowns, equipment repairs, and installations Order parts, manage inventory, and control maintenance spend Set the example for OSHA, food safety, and clean working standards Be on the floor — this is not a behind‑the‑desk role Work closely with ownership and plant leadership to drive continuous improvement Ensure the plant is always left in better shape than it was found Qualifications: 3‑5 years of experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintain a positive attitude Punctual, dependable and reliable Computer knowledge is preferred Why Join Us?
