- Licenses/Certifications: Valid MA license, BLS, ACLS required
- Experience: 2+ years in CCU/ICU
- Pay Rate: $63.83/hour (wages discussed upon application)
- Weekly pay via direct deposit
- Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2)
- Robust referral bonus program
- Paid sick time consistent with state and federal laws
- Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, cardiac, and medically unstable patients
- Monitor patient vitals and intervene as needed, typically every hour or more frequently
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Respond promptly to patient emergencies and changes in condition
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
- Valid Massachusetts RN license (current on file)
- Minimum 2 years CCU/ICU experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
