PART-TIME Hospital Housekeeping & Floor Care Technician

Goal Cleaning LLC – Royersford, PA

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour

Starting Rates:
• $15.00 per hour – Candidates with general housekeeping or janitorial experience
• $16.00 per hour – Candidates with hospital EVS and/or floor care experience
• Up to $18.00 per hour based on experience, performance, and qualifications

Shift Available: Night Shift (Part-Time)

Schedule:
• 4 to 6 hours per shift
• Part-time evening/night hours

Job Summary

Goal Cleaning LLC is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping & Floor Care Technicians to join our hospital team in Royersford, PA. Team members are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients, visitors, and healthcare staff during evening and overnight operations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, and remove trash
• Follow hospital cleaning and infection control procedures
• Replenish paper products, soap, and supplies
• Perform floor care duties including mopping, buffing, scrubbing, and maintenance as assigned
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and spills
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications

• Housekeeping, janitorial, EVS, or floor care experience preferred but not required
• Hospital environmental services (EVS) and floor care experience is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs
• Must pass required background checks and screenings
