Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil and/or environmental engineering and five to ten years of related experience. PE license is preferred. Excellent technical writing, organization and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work well with others. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule available after 30 days of employment.Typical responsibilities include:Provide project management, technical planning, design and construction support on various stormwater, water and wastewater treatment and collection system projectsBecome the client manager for targeted key clientsActively participate in improving Wade Trim's visibility and brandPrepare engineering calculations and supporting analysis of alternativesDevelop and complete applications, permits, engineering reports and specificationsPrepare and review engineer estimatesPrepare design cost estimatesConduct research and development for projectsMonitor task budget and progressPrepare project status and other reportsCommunicate project details with other design engineersConduct project cost reviewsPromote salesPrepare and review scope, budget and schedule for project tasksAssist with proposals, marketing, project reports and technical presentationsConduct on-site inspections as neededAttend and/or conduct client and project meetingsAttend various meetings including pre-design, plan review, pre-construction, professional organization, staff, etc.Attend seminars and/or training classesMaintain excellent client relationsMaintain a safe working environmentEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering requiredSkills/Experience:15 to 20 years of related experience requiredProfessional Engineer license requiredAbout Wade TrimWade Trim is committed to maximizing the value of infrastructure investments.
