We are excited to open a brand-new location of The Pediatrics and Autism Center in Henderson, Texas, and are looking for a compassionate, dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. • Position Summary

The BCBA will provide clinical leadership and oversight for children receiving ABA services. This role is responsible for assessment, treatment planning, supervision, data review, and collaboration with families and team members to ensure each child receives individualized, effective care.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new facility from the ground up while being part of a strong, established organization with a large support team across multiple states.

• Key Responsibilities

- Conduct functional behavior assessments and clinical evaluations.

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans.

- Supervise, train, and support RBTs and other clinical team members.

- Work closely with families to provide guidance, parent training, and support.

- Review client progress data and adjust treatment plans as needed.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.

- Maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards.

- Help build a positive, family-focused culture within the new Henderson facility.

• Qualifications

- Current BCBA certification in good standing.

- Texas License as a Behavior Analyst

- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

- Experience working with children with autism and developmental differences.

- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
