Position Summary Provides comprehensive patient care to customers by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, administering immunizations, and other programs developed by Walmart in compliance with Board of Pharmacy statutes and regulations. Drives sales and profit in the Pharmacy and OTC areas by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, accurate pricing, proper inventory levels, budgeting, and forecasting sales. Develops and maintains cross‑functional relationships and assesses economic trends and demographics. Models compliance and provides direction to Associates on proper customer‑service approaches to resolve complaints within company guidelines. Implements community outreach programs and ensures compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations. Provides supervision and development opportunities for Associates, delivering training, feedback, recognition, and a sense of belonging. Maintains confidentiality of information and documentation per company policies and federal/state guidelines. Manages pharmacy operations, inventory flow, finances, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to HIPAA, SOPs, QA policies, and financial controls. Promotes patient safety, quality, compliance, integrity, and a culture of respect, belonging, and excellence. Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00 – $197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and complex structure adjustments based on external factors. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP). Pharmacy license (by job entry date). Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored). Preferred Qualifications U.S. pharmacy related experience.
