We also offer industry-leading benefit options: Four (4) healthcare plans to choose from PTO & Paid Holidays Company-paid life insurance Long and short-term disability 401k with yearly arbitrary match What you’ll be doing: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, company policies, and sustainability standards Provide environmental engineering support for manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance initiatives Monitor changes to environmental regulations and implement necessary compliance updates Lead environmental programs and proactively identify and resolve environmental concerns Coordinate with regulatory agencies regarding permits, inspections, and compliance matters Support resolution of compliance issues and regulatory enforcement actions Develop and deliver environmental compliance training for employees and contractors Monitor environmental performance metrics and recommend process improvements Manage hazardous waste programs, including training, documentation, disposal coordination, and spill response Need to have: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field Experience supporting environmental compliance within a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations Experience managing hazardous waste programs and regulatory documentation Knowledge of environmental permitting and compliance reporting Experience developing and delivering environmental compliance training Familiarity with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems *Blue Chip Talent will not be sponsoring visas or accepting C2C for this position at this time.
