Legal Receptionist & Switchboard

Job Responsibilities:
- Seeking a polished, customer-focused professional to support Reception, Hospitality, and Office Services for a law firm environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering/forwarding calls, booking conference rooms and visiting offices, ordering pre-packed meals, setting up catering/beverages, and maintaining conference rooms and kitchen spaces.
- Additional support includes mail, shipping, copying, scanning, and office supply ordering. This role works closely with onsite staff and the Operations team and serves as a first point of contact for Office Operations and Facilities requests.
Skills:
- Receptionist, Hospitality, Customer Service, Office service, Guest Management, MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- Two years of related business experience preferred, strong preference for Admin experience particularly in a law firm/legal environment
