Location: 3928 Ross Ln, Chanute, KS, 66720 Shift: Day Shift: Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime as required after hours/Saturdays, as necessary.) Cut, shape, drill, sand, and fabricate wood components for cabinetry. Verify measurements and ensure products meet quality specifications. Set up and make adjustments to machinery as needed. Retrieve, stack, and prepare lumber and wood materials for production. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals while maintaining Bridgewood's quality standards. Gluing and operation of clamps to build doors. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent use of hands and arms to operate machinery and handle materials. Regular lifting up to 25 pounds. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Frequent lifting of larger wood products (up to 100 pounds or more with assistance or appropriate equipment).
