We’ve built a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and customer service—and now we’re expanding. We are launching a full-service plumbing division and are seeking an experienced Master Plumber to help build and lead it from the ground up.Position Overview:This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded Master Plumber who wants more than just a job—you’ll play a key role in developing, structuring, and growing our plumbing department. You’ll have the autonomy to help shape operations, hiring, pricing, and long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and lead the plumbing division within the company
• Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work
• Ensure all work complies with Texas state and local plumbing codes
• Assist in developing pricing structures, service offerings, and processes
• Recruit, train, and mentor plumbing technicians as the department grows
• Work closely with ownership to align plumbing operations with company goals
• Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship
• Oversee permitting and inspections as required

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Master Plumber License (required)
• Proven experience in residential service plumbing
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Ability to work independently and make operational decisions
• Experience with flat-rate pricing and service systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
