About the Position Clinical Supervisor MSW-MFT for the Enhanced Care Management (ECM)-Community Supports (CS) program. The role leads program development, staff supervision, compliance, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and quality improvement for justice‑involved populations. Essential Duties Oversee development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the ECM‑CS program in the assigned county to meet member needs. Manage and supervise assigned staff and team members. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, state and federal regulations, and Amity policies. Recruit, hire, and train a multidisciplinary team (Advocates, Housing Navigators, and Quality Assurance Specialists). Collaborate with Advocates and other team students to identify clinical and non‑clinical resources for enrolled ECM students. Foster a collaborative culture that encourages teamwork, continuous learning, and excellent student care. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and stakeholders to enhance service delivery. Oversee billing and claiming processes, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and MediCal ECM standards. Use data to inform program decisions, track performance against goals, and identify improvement areas. Coordinate resource allocation, record‑keeping, and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with mission, goals, regulations, and guidelines. Evaluate program operations for effectiveness and compliance; implement improvements and adjust objectives as necessary. Attend and participate in Amity community‑building functions, workshops, meetings, and trainings as requested. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience Four‑year degree in Social Sciences or related fields AND at least three years of full‑time administrative supervisory experience in a substance‑abuse program with a justice‑involved population, OR Master’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, social work, or related fields AND at least two years of administrative supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams, OR Six cumulative years of full‑time administrative supervisory experience with a justice‑involved population, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of Medi‑Cal and CalAIM initiatives. Ability to read, analyze, interpret, and present data related to the ECM program model and outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership and organizational development experience. Cultural sensitivity and ability to relate to diverse populations. Required to use company vehicle and personal vehicle to visit county jails and transport clients; must have valid driver’s license and car insurance. Certifications and Licenses No required certifications beyond a valid driver’s license. Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with community and organizational constituencies. Knowledge of contract parameters, objectives, milestones, and related deliverables. Understanding of contracting processes and federal, state, and local regulations. Ability to analyze budgetary and service utilization data, forecast expenditures, and achieve budget compliance. Multi‑tasking, problem identification, and recommendation skills; ability to implement applicable systems. Effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders and management teams. Clear oral and written communication; preparation of complex reports, policies, and procedures. Adherence to Amity policies and agency‑wide practices and regulations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Email, Internet). ADA Information Physical Requirements Frequent lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds.
