Patient Care Coordinator

To support patient needs, the full-time Patient Care Coordinator will manage inquiries, assist with drug therapy and pharmacy care issues, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers while working remotely. Key responsibilities Resolve patient inquiries and promote drug compliance within committed time frames Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with physician practices and other healthcare parties Participate in the administration of patient pharmacy care plans and troubleshoot related issues Required qualifications High school diploma and a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare-related call center, physician's office, or social service environment Preferred education in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or related fields, ideally with a two-year associate degree Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook Ability to collaborate effectively with other professionals within the organization
