The opportunity As a Community Associate, you’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries. You will create and maintain your own community within your center, handling all administrative and support needs so that customers can focus on running their business. A typical day at IWG You arrive a few minutes before the center opens to ensure everything is ready and that nothing has been missed by the cleaners. Throughout the morning, customers arrive with various requests: a changed Wi‑Fi code, package status, directions to a meeting room, projector setup, and more. You help each customer promptly, ensuring that services are properly charged and invoices are accurate. You take a quick coffee break to relax for a few minutes. The mail arrives, and you sort it while continuing to address customer requests. You email a customer to let him know his package is ready in the mailbox. In the afternoon, you assist customers with printing, invoicing, and report a hot climate in a team room by opening a ticket in our service portal. You have another quick coffee break to relax. Afterward, you sit with the Community Manager to organize next week’s networking event. You write e‑invites, create, print, and post posters on noticeboards. When a prospect visits, you share benefits of the space and encourage them to join the network. At the end of the day, you gently ask a large group in meeting room 3 to wrap up and guide them to a nearby restaurant for a meal. You ensure the center is tidy before heading home. About you A good communicator, able to build strong professional relationships, with at least 1 year of customer service experience. Happy taking ownership of problems and finding solutions. Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations. Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
