Job Description As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post go‑live support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Oracle Health Person Management solution. A primary point of contact for customers, you facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide advice and assistance to potential escalated issues. Responsibilities This position supports the Person Management team in Oracle Health. You serve as a point of contact for customers, fielding inquiries via phone or electronic channels. You provide technical support by troubleshooting and resolving known issues encountered with assigned Oracle product(s). You collaborate with internal teams to report and contribute to the resolution of routine design, reliability, and maintenance issues. You maintain service request and/or product documentation and begin to create Knowledge Base articles and/or troubleshooting guides for resolved issues. You consult internal teams and stakeholders on diverse customer situations and technical issues, leverage automation/tooling (e.g., AI Assistance) to discover root causes of common issues, and recommend enhancements to existing support processes, workflows, guidelines, and best practices. Salary and Benefits US: Hiring Range in USD from $28.41 – $56.83 per hour; $59,100 – $118,200 per year. May be eligible for equity.
