Stick Welder / Fabricator | Clinton, MDIf you're an experienced welder, fabricator, or skilled tradesperson with strong Stick Welder / Fabricator skills, we have an opportunity to put your experience to work installing and welding compactors, chutes, balers, and related equipment.Stick welding is a core part of this role and will be used 100% in the field. You'll work alongside our install team on compactor installations and related projects, working with used, dirty, and weathered metal. This is a field-based position with a company-provided take-home service van. Experience welding on compactors, cans, or similar equipment is a plus.This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their welding abilities and wants to expand their skill set over time. Welding will be your primary focus to start, with the opportunity to learn the compactor technician side of the work and grow into the role.
