Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Virginia, or eligibility to obtain
  • Previous school-based OT experience preferred
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work onsite and full-time through the end of the school year
  • Commitment to fostering student growth in a supportive educational setting

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students on-site
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapy plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking
  • Participate in IEP meetings and related school activities
