Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) | Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid / Field-Based Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is an expanding ABA agency dedicated to delivering compassionate, research-supported services to children and young adults with Autism. We foster collaboration, ongoing clinical development, and a supportive team environment. We are seeking BCBAs and BCaBAs for a full-time hybrid position where you will contribute to clinical programming, partner closely with BCBAs, and continue advancing your professional skills. Our scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams are in place to provide ongoing support. Why You'll Enjoy Being Part of Our Team Competitive compensation: $50K-90K Optional performance-based incentives (up to $6,000 annually) Retention bonuses awarded at 6 and 12 months Health, Dental & Vision coverage SIMPLE IRA with company matching up to 3% Guidance, mentorship, and career growth opportunities CEU assistance and continued professional development Key Responsibilities Oversee and guide BTs/RBTs in delivering clinical services for a manageable caseload (10-15 clients) Maintain at least 25 billable hours per week Assist with assessments and treatment plan execution under BCBA supervision Monitor and evaluate client progress Work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary team members Uphold ethical standards and ensure quality service delivery How We Help You Succeed Clinicians have flexibility in managing their schedules with assistance from a dedicated Scheduling Team Client success and family engagement support Authorization and billing support services HR assistance for onboarding, training, and professional development Access to clinical resources, templates, and operational systems Qualifications Current BCBA or BCaBA certification through the BACB Prior ABA experience preferred Excellent communication and collaboration skills Willingness to travel throughout Los Angeles and Orange County Applications are reviewed as they are received.
