About us
BUL Imports is an importer and distributor of firearms and accessories serving dealers and customers across the US. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our customers and service operations.
What you'll do
- Answer customer and dealer emails and phone calls promptly and professionally
- Handle product questions, order status, and general inquiries
- Coordinate gun service processes: warranty claims, repairs, returns (RMAs), and shipping
- Track service cases from intake to completion and keep customers updated
- Keep accurate records in our systems
- Work with the warehouse, service, and sales teams to solve issues
What we're looking for
- Native-level or fully fluent English, written and spoken
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and general computer skills
- Basic knowledge of firearms (types, parts, terminology)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Organized, able to manage several cases at once
- Must be 21+ and legally eligible to handle firearms (background check required)
Nice to have
- Experience in customer service, ideally in firearms, sporting goods, or retail
- Familiarity with FFL/ATF shipping and compliance basics
- Spanish or Hebrew is a plus
