Position Overview We're seeking an Investigator to join our investigative team at our Inner Loop location. You'll work alongside senior licensed investigators to support our intake, pre-litigation, and litigation departments. This role requires local travel for scene documentation, witness interviews, and evidence collection, occasionally including weekends or after-hours work. Key Responsibilities Provide investigative support to intake and pre-litigation departments Analyze and report findings from police reports and 911 calls Conduct background, asset, and social media investigations Interview witnesses and collect statements Identify and collect video evidence Document incident scenes through photography, measurements, and diagrams Write and review detailed investigation reports with management and attorneys Required Qualifications Valid driver's license High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Superior communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish/English) 2+ years' experience in personal injury law Private Investigator License Legal setting experience (intake, legal assistant) Schedule & Travel Full-time (8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Monday through Friday with occasional weekend/after-hours work 25% local travel expected Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Comprehensive benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company matching Paid time off (after 90-day evaluation period) Parental leave Professional development assistance Performance bonuses Amaro Law Firm is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
