You will join the Growth team that is responsible for launching, growing, and improving Starlink around the world. RESPONSIBILITIES:The Starlink Product Growth Strategy & Analytics Lead will be responsible for identifying new growth opportunities & scaling successful initiatives in key markets around the world. Projects typically entail developing new offerings, business models, and channelsAnalyze financial impact of growth experiments and forecast opportunities to drive prioritization of business and engineering initiativesServe as a key liaison with Finance on consumer growth initiatives, developing advanced financial and subscriber acquisition modelsAssess consumer insights and analytics to identify winning & losing demand generation approachesLead development and execution of strategic programs (e.g., campaigns, new channels) to maximize global sales for a product categoryResearch industry ecosystems to inform the business on product positioningCommunicate and drive product improvements across the business by working with key stakeholders including Finance, Platform Software, Design, Product Engineering, Marketing, Country Growth, and Customer Support BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree1+ years of cumulative work experience in management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience1+ years of experience using Excel for financial modelingPREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:3+ years of management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, or business operations experience 1+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teamsDistinctive business judgment and communication skillsExcellent project management, problem solving and analysis skillsExperience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problemsBackground in financial analysis and working with SQL and/or PythonExperience leading complex operational and strategic initiativesIndustry experience in telecom, technology, consumer products, automotive, and/or maritimeADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as neededWillingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events as neededITAR REQUIREMENTS:To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
