Location: Remote (No Restricted States)
Shift: Days – Standard Hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday)

Job Duties

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades for Epic applications and related technologies.

• Support Epic Resolute Professional Billing, Claims, and Electronic Remittance Administration workflows.

• Participate in Epic application implementations, enhancements, testing, and production deployments.

• Analyze and resolve application issues while applying established procedures and technical expertise.

• Modify applications and develop solutions to meet business and end-user requirements.

• Assist with application upgrades, quality assurance testing, and release management activities.

• Monitor application performance and complete required maintenance tasks.

• Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare stakeholders to support clinical and business operations.

• Create and maintain technical documentation and communicate updates effectively.

• Stay current with Epic, vendor, and healthcare IT industry developments.

Requirements

• Epic Certification required.

• Minimum 3 years of direct Epic application experience in a healthcare environment.

• Strong experience with:

  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing

  • Claims & Electronic Remittance Administration

  • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.

• Associate degree in IS/Business preferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Experience supporting hospital-based applications and healthcare workflows.

• Self-starter with the ability to provide production-level support with minimal training.
