Production Associate

What We Are Looking For:

• 6+ months of stable work history
• Knowledge of how to read and understand manufacturing instructions
• Flexible work availability and able to work overtime as needed with same-day notice
• Ability to:
  • Read and write in English or to communicate in American Sign Language
  • Stand for 8 hours per shift, plus additional voluntary overtime
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bend, stoop, grip, reach and lift up to 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
  • Work with components that are in constant motion along an assembly line without adverse effects (preferred)

What You’ll Do As A Production Associate:

• Feed raw materials into production machinery
• Assemble goods on production lines
• Monitor the production process
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks
• Store goods and raw materials properly in our warehouse
• Use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders
• Pack goods to be shipped
• Maintain work areas and equipment
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management
