CDL Driver (Class A)

CDL Driver

We are seeking a local CDL Driver to complete deliveries for our Oakland branch. As a CDL Driver, you will be responsible for safely handling and delivering construction materials to local job sites using a forklift and the assistance of CWallA Material Stockers.

Essential Functions:

Safe and legal operation of commercial delivery vehicles and forklifts
Loading and unloading materials
Job site stocking
Ability to lift, stand and move throughout the shift

Responsibilities:

Safe and legal operation of commercial delivery vehicles and forklifts
Physically handling materials with the assistance of a Material Stocker
Safe delivery and off-loading of commercial construction materials
Participating in the accurate and orderly placement of delivered material at each job site
Continuously abiding by traffic laws and regulatory agency guidelines
Various yard duties between deliveries, including but not limited to, shipping, receiving and filling customer orders
Inventory control

Qualifications:

Valid Class A CDL license
Proven forklift experience
Clean driving record
Ability to stand, climb, reach, bend and twist throughout complete shifts
