Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

- Research, analyze, and interpret statutes, rules, regulations, and court decisions
- Assist with document review and case analysis
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Write motions and briefs
- Monitor case files and help ensure deadlines are met
- Support litigation matters involving medical negligence, employment discrimination, and general tort liability
- Active Illinois Bar license
- 2+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Deposition experience preferred
- Ability to handle assignments across a variety of civil litigation matters
