Finance Reporting Officer – Warehouse Operations We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Reporting Officer to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing billing processes, supporting site administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between finance, suppliers, and site management. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys combining financial accuracy with operational support. Key Responsibilities Manage and organize internal billing processes Accurately enter and maintain billing data Prepare and send invoices to clients Investigate and resolve client invoice disputes Process credit notes in a timely manner Act as a liaison between suppliers and the accounting team Ensure consistent follow-up on outstanding billing matters Site Administration Coordinate meetings, including logistics and room bookings Organize and support client visits General Services Order and manage office supplies Oversee and maintain phone line services Site Operations Support Welcome and assist suppliers on-site Prepare and issue site purchase orders What We Are Looking For Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure Familiarity with SAP is an advantage Good command of German and English Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
