Job Description

• Design and govern enterprise data architecture for healthcare consent, privacy, and access management platforms.
• Develop canonical data models for Consent Registry, Policy Repository, Identity Mapping, Security Labels, and Access Policies.
• Lead architecture for patient consent, research authorization, restricted data access, and policy enforcement services.
• Define standards for data governance, metadata management, lineage, auditability, and observability.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards including HL7 FHIR R4, HIPAA, and healthcare privacy regulations.
• Design scalable integrations across APIs, event streams, GCP platforms, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise healthcare systems.
• Collaborate with Privacy, Security, Identity, Data Platform, and Epic teams to deliver enterprise-wide access control solutions.

Preferred

• Experience with large healthcare providers/health systems.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, consent management, and healthcare interoperability.
• Experience implementing fine-grained authorization and policy decision frameworks.

The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $200,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. Tech Mahindra also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law).
