Position Overview

As a Janitorial Associate , you will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout the facility. Your efforts will help ensure a productive workplace for employees and visitors while supporting overall plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures
• Dust and clean offices, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Maintain cleanliness in entrances, hallways, windows, and other designated areas
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or repair needs to management
• Perform basic handyman and facility maintenance tasks as assigned
• Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling guidelines
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and professional work environment

Qualifications

✅ High School Diploma or GED required

✅ Previous janitorial experience required

✅ Stable work history

✅ Strong attention to detail and reliability

✅ Ability to work independently and efficiently

✅ Commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety

Work Environment & Schedule

Manufacturing/Industrial Environment

1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

⏰ Overtime available as needed

Pay Rate

$17.00 per hour
