We're looking for a relationship-driven, commercially savvy Account Executive who understands the fashion and retail landscape, knows how to open doors, and has the confidence to turn exciting introductions into lasting partnerships.

This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of fashion, commerce, and emerging technology, connecting with leading retailers, luxury brands, and e-commerce decision-makers to bring Zelig's innovative shopping experiences to market. You'll play an instrumental role in expanding our commercial presence, building meaningful relationships, and helping shape Zelig's growth from the ground up!

What you'll do

• Build relationships that matter: Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with fashion retailers, luxury brands, department stores, e-commerce platforms, and key industry decision-makers.
• Make technology compelling: Translate Zelig's AI-powered fashion technology into clear commercial value, helping prospective partners understand how our platform can elevate the digital shopping experience.
• Open doors and create opportunities: Leverage industry knowledge, professional networks, and creative outreach to generate qualified leads and establish new commercial partnerships.
• Think like a retailer: Understand merchandising strategies, consumer behavior, e-commerce challenges, and the evolving priorities of fashion and retail businesses.
• Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and leadership to coordinate tailored demonstrations, support commercial conversations, and advance prospective partnerships.
• Drive measurable growth: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, manage CRM activity, track opportunities, and work toward individual revenue and partnership targets.
• Stay ahead of what's next: Monitor retail innovation, emerging technologies, competitive developments, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

You'll be a great fit if

• You have 2+ years of experience in fashion, retail technology, e-commerce, or strategic partnerships.
• You understand the fashion and retail ecosystem, including luxury brands, department stores, e-commerce platforms, and digital commerce.
• You're confident presenting to senior executives, retail decision-makers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• You have excellent communication, presentation, and follow-through skills!
• You're genuinely excited about fashion, artificial intelligence, consumer technology, and the future of shopping.

Bonus points

• Experience selling enterprise software, SaaS solutions, or retail technology to fashion brands, department stores, or e-commerce businesses.
• Existing relationships with fashion executives, merchandising leaders, digital commerce teams, or retail technology decision-makers.
• A background in an early-stage or high-growth company where you've helped develop sales processes, expand market presence, or build a commercial pipeline.
• Fashion industry knowledge is highly valued. AI expertise is a plus, not a prerequisite. We care about your relationships, commercial instincts, initiative, and ability to learn.

Pay range and compensation package

• Estimated salary: $70,000-$85,000
