Machine Shop Supervisor

Personnel Resources is seeking a Direct Hire Electrical Technician to support a manufacturing team. This role involves building, wiring, and troubleshooting low-voltage electrical panels for production and R&D, with occasional travel for installation, startup, and service. Key Responsibilities: Build and wire electrical panels from drawings and schematics Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and components Coordinate with engineering and production teams Assist with machine startup and ensure proper operation Support R&D fabrication, testing, and equipment setup Qualifications: Experience with panel assembly and electrical diagrams Knowledge of low-voltage AC/DC systems and troubleshooting Basic fabrication and computer skills Willingness to learn, travel, and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred: Electrical/mechanical certifications Experience with PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and related equipment Experience operating heavy equipment Personnel Resources is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Personnel Resources, Inc.
