Engaging with warm inbound leads, the remote Consultative Sales Consultant will educate customers on home services, assist with orders, and recommend solutions while working flexible hours in a commission-based role. Key responsibilities Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and text to assist customers Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate home service solutions Manage multiple orders and conversations simultaneously while using internal systems to complete orders Required qualifications Prior customer service or inside sales experience is a plus Experience with HubSpot and Google Workspace is helpful Strong motivation and self-starter attitude Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Curiosity and eagerness to learn about technology and new products
