Key Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in a high-volume emergency department setting, including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Operate Siemens and GE scanners (including Siemens Force-class equipment) to support routine ED patients, Code Stroke protocols, and trauma cases in a very fast-paced environment
• Manage a daily caseload of approximately 150-200 scans across 4 rooms, serving patient populations ranging from infants through geriatrics
• Utilize EPIC and Visage systems for charting, image review, and workflow management
• Adhere to a fixed weekend schedule with no RTO permitted on weekends; must be fully available during orientation week with no outside commitments
• Complete all required pre-start online modules prior to the assignment start date using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

• Minimum 2 years of CT technologist experience required
• ARRT(R)(CT) certification required
• BLS certification required
• NC state license or Compact license required (pending status acceptable at submission)
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Force-class scanners is required ; candidates without Siemens experience will not be considered
• Experience in a hospital of 500 beds or more required
• Experience in inpatient, emergency room, and adult ICU settings required, including some trauma exposure
• Local candidates are welcome; candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility should be aware that a different rate applies

• Outpatient imaging experience
• Proficiency with IV starts and contrast administration
• Experience with PACS and Visage imaging systems
• First-time travelers are accepted for this position
