Job Description

Estamos buscando miembros de equipo confiables y trabajadores para unirse a nuestro Departamento de Tray Pack . En este puesto, ayudará a cumplir con los pedidos de los clientes mediante el manejo seguro de productos, el mantenimiento de los estándares de calidad y el apoyo a las operaciones de la línea de producción. Esta posición juega un papel importante en garantizar la producción de alimentos seguros y de alta calidad, mientras se mantiene un ambiente de trabajo limpio y eficiente.

Responsabilidades Principales

Como Asociado(a) de Producción de Tray Pack , sus responsabilidades pueden incluir:

Levantar repetidamente bandejas de producto que pueden pesar hasta 50 libras
Transportar, empujar carritos y vaciar producto en bandejas metálicas
Palaear producto desde contenedores hacia las bandejas según sea necesario
Seguir las técnicas adecuadas de levantamiento y procedimientos de seguridad para prevenir lesiones
Reacomodar y orientar bandejas vacías en paletas
Monitorear productos en busca de degradación, contaminación o material extraño y reportar cualquier preocupación de inmediato
Ayudar a mantener un área de trabajo limpia y organizada
Apoyar en la línea de producción con tareas como acomodo y revisión del producto cuando no esté vaciando bandejas
Apoyar los objetivos generales del departamento para asegurar que los pedidos de los clientes se completen de manera precisa y eficiente

Requisitos

Experiencia previa en manufactura o producción es preferida, pero no requerida
No se requiere educación formal
Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y realizar tareas físicas repetitivas
Capacidad para levantar repetidamente hasta 50 libras

Habilidades de Idioma

Capacidad para hablar inglés y/o español
Capacidad para leer y entender reglas de seguridad, instrucciones y procedimientos
Capacidad para completar reportes rutinarios y comunicarse efectivamente con compañeros y supervisores
