Job Overview As a Team Supervisor, you will lead the blood collection team, ensuring donors receive the best experience possible while driving results and maintaining a high level of respect for staff and donors. Key Responsibilities Supervise blood collection staff, including training and performance. Drive for results and serve others with a high level of customer service respect. Personally connect with donors, listening to their stories and helping them understand the value of their donation. Contribute to a friendly and fun environment and work with coworkers to keep donors returning. Standard Schedule (Fairfield, New Jersey) Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday – variable hours, 10 hours per day. Schedule may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedule is provided 2–3 weeks in advance. Pay Information Salary range: $70,800.00 – $94,440.00 – $118,080.00 USD annually. Salary may be adjusted based on geographic location, experience, skills, and comparison to other employees in this role. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and 4–8 years of related work experience (required). Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience. Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills. Ability to work a variable schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Physical ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights, use manual dexterity, sit or stand for long periods, and adapt to irregular hours and frequent schedule changes. Basic computer skills: proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Prior apheresis or dialysis experience.
