Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 1 year clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Home health experience required
• Experience providing skilled therapy to older adults and medically complex patients
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and mobile technology
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend and on-call requirement
• Travel within the assigned coverage area is required
