Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations for new clients to inform personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques for individuals, couples, and groups.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to provide holistic care and support for clients facing complex challenges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records, ensuring compliance with both ethical guidelines and legal requirements, while staying abreast of current research trends.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
