12 months contract located in North Reading, MA with a payrate of $20-$23 per hour.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Execute the set up of new vendors and individual items to broaden our market selection.
• Maintain the product catalog by updating costs, retail pricing, and technical content.
• Coordinate and manage the logistics for new product introductions (NPI) to ensure timely market entry.
• Manage and audit product images and digital content to ensure high-quality presentation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for vendor partners to resolve inquiries and maintain healthy professional relationships.
• Serve as a trained backup for the Control Buyer and assist with strategic special projects.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• At least 1+ years of experience in a high-volume, global procurement or manufacturing environment.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (ideally Oracle EBS).
• Proven experience executing procurement needs specifically for new product introduction programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a collegial, team-centric environment.
• High level of self-motivation and a sharp eye for detail when managing complex datasets.

Pluses:

• A foundational understanding of data management and experience using Access or basic SQL for database queries.
• While Oracle is preferred, experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with supply chain management principles that allow you to troubleshoot logistical bottlenecks.
