Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years’ experience as a data analyst with 3-4 years of recent experience analyzing digital sales, e-commerce, customer journeys, buy flows/ purchase flows or online conversion funnels
• Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
• Strong recent experience with data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Experience supporting A/B testing, experimentation, or conversion rate optimization.
• Ability to build polished, accurate reporting and effectively present findings to senior leadership.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Experience with Contentsquare or similar digital experience analytics platforms.
• Background supporting high-volume consumer e-commerce or digital sales environments.

Position Overview

Insight Global is looking for a Senior E-Commerce Data Analyst to sit 4 days onsite in Stamford CT. This role will support a digital sales team responsible for optimizing the residential online purchase journey, from address entry through completed purchase. This individual will serve as the primary analytics resource for the team, analyzing buy flow performance, evaluating digital experiments and new features, forecasting sales impact, and delivering polished reporting to leadership. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, understands e-commerce and digital conversion funnels, and can independently turn complex data into actionable business recommendations. This role will Own weekly, biweekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on digital funnel performance, conversion metrics, and buy flow trends. They will analyze the effectiveness of new features, digital experiences, and projects across the online purchasing journey and forecast the potential impact of proposed initiatives on net-new internet sales and conversion. The data analyst will support A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization efforts using Adobe Target. This role will leverage Adobe Analytics to identify trends, drop-off points, customer behavior, and opportunities to improve the online purchase experience. They need to consolidate and analyze data across multiple platforms, including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Contentsquare and translate complex analytics into clear insights and recommendations for senior and executive leadership. This data analyst will partner cross-functionally while independently owning the team's core analytics responsibilities.
