Angels’ Place, Inc., a nonprofit Keystone STARS - STAR 4 and NAEYC Accredited early childhood education center, is hiring full-time  

Lead Teachers  

This role involves comprehensive early childhood education and family support for single, low-income, full-time students, and working parents. The position requires dedication to developmentally appropriate and strength-based practices in a supportive environment. 

Working Days and Hours of Operation 

Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM 

Responsibilities and Duties 

• Provide high-quality early childhood education to children. 

• Implement curriculum in accordance with NAEYC and Keystone STARS - STAR 4 standards. 

• Support families facing at-risk challenges. 

• Maintain an energized and nurturing classroom environment. 

• Complete necessary documentation and reporting. 

• Participate in professional development and training opportunities. 

Qualifications 

• Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field. 

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 

• Obtain and maintain current Pennsylvania (PA) State Police, Child Abuse, NSOR and FBI clearances (along with out-of-state clearances if applicable). 

• Provide a completed Health Assessment and current Tuberculosis (TB) test result. 

• Valid Driver's license is preferred. 

Compensation and Benefits 

• Pay: $20.00 - $22.00  

• Free Child Care (for one child aged birth-5 years) during your work day.
