Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit native vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and design graphic assets using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Social Media Management: Own and maintain the active content calendar across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X). Community Engagement: Monitor direct messages and post comments to provide prompt customer care and foster brand loyalty. Marketing Coordination: Assist with cross-functional promotional campaigns, email marketing blasts, event setups, and digital collateral development. Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement rates, click-throughs, and conversions to build monthly performance reports.
